Aaron’s leadership style is calm, respectful, practical, humble, and team-centered. As a lead medic, paramedic in command, field training officer, preceptor, instructor, mentor, and medical-team leader, he learned to set expectations clearly, prepare thoroughly, and make defensible decisions when circumstances are incomplete or changing.
He has coordinated with EMT partners, transport crews, firefighters, law enforcement, physicians, nurses, flight teams, and receiving hospitals. The objective is straightforward: safe operations, a supported team, and the best achievable outcome for the patient.
